Job Duties

  • Answer the phone and assist patients in scheduling appointments
  • create and manage patient accounts
  • check patients in and post payments accurately
  • convert treatment plans efficiently
  • assist with scheduling surgeries and ensure necessary preparations
  • collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members
  • adapt to a wide range of responsibilities and new learning opportunities
