- Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred

- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational abilities

- Basic computer skills including email and scheduling software
Job Duties
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors
- Provide concierge-style services to support internal and external needs
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain the front desk area organized and presentable
- Monitor and address inbound inquiries, directing them appropriately
- Support management with additional administrative responsibilities
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation
