Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and attentive manner
- Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately
- Provide concierge-style services to support client and guest needs
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining front desk records
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues related to front desk operations
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
