Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems
  • Basic computer skills including patient database management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Availability to work on a contract basis in Milwaukee Wisconsin

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and patient database software

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and medical office procedures is a plus

Job Duties

  • Operate the front office switchboard managing a multi-line phone system to handle incoming calls efficiently
  • Welcome clients families and visitors with courtesy and ensure they feel supported during their visit
  • Check in clients for therapy and psychiatry appointments verifying their information in the patient database
  • Collect and process payments from clients accurately and securely
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments for psychiatry services ensuring coordination with the medical team
  • Assist the Medical Director with administrative tasks including telehealth support and in-person clinic operations
  • Coordinate prescription refill requests and ensure timely review by the Medical Director
