Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Manage the office's front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and maintaining the office's general appearance
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
  • Handle inquiries from visitors, clients, or staff and direct them to the appropriate resources when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to the office or its personnel
  • Assist in special projects or other tasks delegated by management
