Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time efficiently
  • Capability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing accuracy (minimum 45 wpm)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional, warm demeanor
  • High level of organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
  • Maintain the front desk area and overall office space, keeping supplies stocked and the environment organized
  • Manage a high volume of communication, via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
  • Handle escalated or complex issues with calm professionalism and efficient problem-solving
  • Utilize internal tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve product-related concerns
  • Accurately place warranty orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team on projects and shared goals
