- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time efficiently
- Capability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing accuracy (minimum 45 wpm)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional, warm demeanor
- High level of organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Maintain the front desk area and overall office space, keeping supplies stocked and the environment organized
- Manage a high volume of communication, via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
- Handle escalated or complex issues with calm professionalism and efficient problem-solving
- Utilize internal tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve product-related concerns
- Accurately place warranty orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team on projects and shared goals
