Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival
  • Manage the check-in process for contractors and other guests
  • Respond to phone inquiries using a multi-line switchboard system
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and contractor check-ins
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support front desk operations
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay visitor information
  • Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information
