- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival
- Manage the check-in process for contractors and other guests
- Respond to phone inquiries using a multi-line switchboard system
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and contractor check-ins
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support front desk operations
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay visitor information
- Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information
- Provide timely support for any front desk-related issues or concerns
