Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience preferred
  • proven administrative experience
  • ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • willingness to adapt and take on additional duties as needed

Job Duties

  • Expertly answer the phone
  • assist patients in scheduling appointments
  • create patient accounts
  • check patients in and post payments
  • convert treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency
  • assist with scheduling surgeries and ensure all necessary preparations are made
  • work closely with other professionals to handle administrative tasks seamlessly
  • embrace a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth within the practice
