- previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience preferred
- proven administrative experience
- ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service skills
- strong verbal and written communication abilities
- willingness to adapt and take on additional duties as needed

Job Duties
- Expertly answer the phone
- assist patients in scheduling appointments
- create patient accounts
- check patients in and post payments
- convert treatment plans with accuracy and efficiency
- assist with scheduling surgeries and ensure all necessary preparations are made
- work closely with other professionals to handle administrative tasks seamlessly
- embrace a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth within the practice
