Job Requirements

  • Genuinely serve our patients at every level, enhancing patient satisfaction and increasing office efficiency
  • positively influence patients, coworkers, referring offices, and the practice as a whole
  • completion of high school or equivalent is required
  • previous oral surgery, dental, or medical experience is preferred
  • proven administrative experience with a track record of growth or improvement within previous positions
  • demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • experienced with customer service techniques, ensuring a superior patient experience
  • superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members
  • willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to the evolving needs of the practice

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
