Job Duties

  • Welcome and check in guests while ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with the facilities team and other departments
  • Assist with in-office conference setups, including preparing meeting rooms and materials
  • Organize, scan, and distribute incoming mail related to asset management
  • Handle parking validations and maintain accurate records of visitor logs
  • Process and code invoices for approval and payment in a timely manner
  • Monitor and order essential office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide administrative support across various tasks and projects
  • Deliver concierge services and address guest inquiries promptly
