Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members providing a welcoming and friendly environment
- Manage incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate internal resources, and provide necessary information to callers
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using the company’s scheduling system
- Coordinate mailing services including incoming, outgoing, and delivery of mails and packages
- Support in event planning and coordination whenever required
- Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
