Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members providing a welcoming and friendly environment
  • Manage incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate internal resources, and provide necessary information to callers
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using the company’s scheduling system
  • Coordinate mailing services including incoming, outgoing, and delivery of mails and packages
  • Support in event planning and coordination whenever required
  • Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Always uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
