Job Requirements
- One or more years of medical or dental front desk experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in patient management software
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
- Ability to prepare patient reception areas effectively
- Capability to manage payments and recordkeeping accurately
- Comfortable working in person at the clinic location
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of medical or dental front desk experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in patient management software
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend considered a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish helpful
Job Duties
- Prepare the patient waiting area daily to receive guests
- Respond promptly to all patient communications including email and voice messages
- Notify patients of outstanding balances and securely collect payments at time of service
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping and deposits of all cash transactions
- Work to keep schedules full by providing patients with timely appointments
- Confirm patient appointments and contact no-show patients to reschedule
- Utilize patient management software to manage schedules and communications
