The role of Front Desk Concierge is critical within this dynamic environment, particularly at one of Two Trees' Williamsburg Luxury Class A rental apartment buildings. As a Front Desk Concierge, the selected individual will serve in a primary resident and tenant-facing role, acting as a vital point of contact for delivering a first-class customer experience. This position requires a hospitality-oriented approach coupled with a strong sense of security awareness, as the Concierge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations during the overnight shift.
The responsibilities in this role are diverse and geared towards maintaining an exceptional service environment. The Concierge will deliver genuine hospitality to residents, guests, and colleagues, ensuring every interaction embodies the high standards set by Two Trees. Greeting, qualifying, and announcing all visitors and guests is an essential part of the role, ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere within the building. Security duties include monitoring safety by reviewing security cameras, conducting regular patrols of the premises, and responding to emergencies or concerns promptly and effectively, with the discretion to escalate issues when necessary.
Further responsibilities focus on managing deliveries and vendors, including logging and distributing packages to maintain order and resident satisfaction. The Concierge will also be tasked with maintaining accurate and complete shift logs to ensure smooth communication during shift transitions. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the building's lobby and surrounding areas is crucial to preserving the luxurious environment that residents expect. Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury residential or hospitality industries
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- high standards of personal grooming and punctuality
- willingness to work overnight shifts including weekends
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- ability to maintain accurate records and logs
- physical ability to conduct regular patrols of the building
Job Qualifications
- prior experience of at least 2 years in luxury residential hospitality or service industries

Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional experience through genuine hospitality to residents guests and colleagues
- greet qualify and announce all visitors and guests
- actively monitor safety and security of the building by reviewing security cameras conducting regular patrols responding to emergencies and concerns promptly and efficiently and exercising great judgement including escalating issues immediately
- oversee the delivery and storage of all packages and parcels delivered to the building including logging and distributing packages and managing vendors and deliveries
- maintain accurate and complete shift logs ensuring proper handover to ensure successful communication through shift changes
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and surrounding areas
