We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Concierge (Overnight/NOC) to join our dynamic and compassionate team on a full-time basis. This overnight position offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour and is benefit eligible. The work schedule is from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Thursday through Sunday. In this essential role, you will serve as the heartbeat of the community's front desk, providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors alike. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily inquiries, managing packages, coordinating events, and handling overnight emergencies with professionalism and care. This multifaceted role requires a warm and friendly personality, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for working with elderly individuals in a geriatric environment. You will wear many hats, from answering multi-line phone calls to helping residents with their needs such as walking pets or notifying maintenance about home issues. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently during the overnight shift, be proactive in managing tasks, and demonstrate a commitment to upholding the community's high standards of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality. Job Duties
- assist residents and guests at the front desk with inquiries about events and services

- operate multi-line phone system professionally
- maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment
