Job Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including MS Office, calendar, management software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- College degree or some coursework
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- One year customer service and/or administrative experience in a professional environment
- Prior experience in front desk support, such as hotel concierge, office or medical receptionist, experience with leasing, sales or hospitality a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with teammates, visitors, and current residents
- Handle transactions like accepting and logging packages, managing vendors and deliveries, arranging resident reservations and other amenities
- Collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any on-site issues that arise
