Job Requirements
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor, serving as an ambassador for the company
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedural manuals
- Ability to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Requires strong communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- Two years' prior hospitality experience preferred
- Some higher education or vocational training specializing in the hospitality industry desired
- Good geographic knowledge of the surrounding area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic resources such as Internet search, Outlook and Word
- Possess a valid state issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle
- Professional demeanor with ability to use independent judgment to handle customer service matters in a satisfactory manner
Job Duties
- Deliver personalized concierge services to residents, including coordinating deliveries, transportation, reservations, and special requests with a focus on hospitality
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day resident needs, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment and prompt resolution of concerns
- Manage access control with discretion, assisting guests, vendors, and contractors while upholding building security and privacy standards
- Liaise with property management to relay resident feedback, track amenity usage, and support community events or on-site programs
