Job Requirements

  • Able to work Thursday through Monday AM and PM shifts

  • Ability to maintain a calm and understanding attitude under pressure
  • Capable of handling emergencies according to protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with phone systems and basic office equipment
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors to the community with a friendly attitude
  • Be responsive to resident, family, and vendor questions
  • Respond to general requests, direct calls and questions to the appropriate department, and deliver messages in a timely manner
  • Maintain a calm and understanding attitude while handling resident and family concerns
  • Handle emergencies immediately according to policies and procedures and inform supervisor
  • Report any observed resident change in condition or concern to supervisor immediately
  • Provide inquiry with basic marketing information, obtain detailed information for Sales Director, and schedule community tours
  • Greet walk ins and scheduled tours with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Maintain lobby organization and cleanliness and keep it tour ready
  • Keep current marketing brochures and business cards available
  • Ensure refreshments are available and offered to visitors
  • Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Assist with clerical tasks as directed by the Business Office Manager
