Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time hours which include 6am to 2:30pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
- Availability for every other weekend including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work 8:30am to 5pm on Mondays and have Wednesdays off
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow COVID-19 protocols
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Cool headed and able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensuring proper protocol is followed for COVID regulations for guests and employees
- Managing the front desk and directing visitors appropriately
- Maintaining a secure and welcoming reception area
- Coordinating communication between residents, visitors, and staff
