This role is perfect for a professional who is personable, friendly, and committed to delivering a positive first impression to residents, guests, and staff members. The position primarily involves working on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with an hourly pay rate of $18.00. Working in this role offers the opportunity to be the welcoming face of the community and to ensure a safe, pleasant, and orderly environment for all. The Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate is key to managing the flow of visitors and residents, responding promptly to inquiries, and supporting the community's emergency response efforts.As a vital member of the Village on Morehead team, the associate will greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism, maintain the cleanliness and order of public spaces, and efficiently handle communications and security monitoring. Responsibilities also include assisting with various administrative tasks such as managing maintenance requests, supporting the sales and marketing teams, and facilitating scheduling for job applicant interviews. The position requires vigilance and attentiveness to detect and prevent suspicious behaviors or safety hazards while being part of the community’s emergency response team. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role. Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred
  • Valid Texas Driver's License required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good judgment
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements
