Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role
  • availability to work night shifts and weekends
  • willingness to submit to background check
  • willingness to submit to drug testing
  • ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to use and climb a ladder
  • ability to walk multiple flights of stairs
  • schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role

Job Duties

  • Greeting clients, owners, and residents in a friendly and professional manner
  • provide excellent customer service by addressing client, owner and resident inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • developing and fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and visitors
  • control and maintain access to the building
  • serve as gatekeepers of emergency protocol
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
