Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role
- availability to work night shifts and weekends
- willingness to submit to background check
- willingness to submit to drug testing
- ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to use and climb a ladder
- ability to walk multiple flights of stairs
- schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting clients, owners, and residents in a friendly and professional manner
- provide excellent customer service by addressing client, owner and resident inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- developing and fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and visitors
- control and maintain access to the building
- serve as gatekeepers of emergency protocol
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
