Job Description

Partners Management Group stands as the premier property owner association management company specializing in condominium and homeowner associations. Boasting over 25 years of rich experience in property management, our company is dedicated to elevating community experiences by fostering positive resident relations, ensuring transparent financial management, and executing capable asset management. The foundation of our service is built on delivering local, professional expertise tailored to create lasting value for our clients. Our commitment to excellence has made us a trusted partner for communities seeking reliable and effective management services that promote harmonious living environments and safeguard property investments.

In the role of Concierge at Partners Management Group, you become the frontline representative and a crucial part of shaping the company's professional image and personalized service experience. This full-time position offers an hourly rate between $12.00 and $14.00, reflecting the importance of the role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational smoothness. The Concierge acts as the main point of contact for clients, owners, and residents, ensuring that all interactions are handled with utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and a helpful, solution-oriented mindset. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting visitors warmly, managing inquiries and concerns, controlling access to the property, and serving as a key figure in emergency protocol enforcement.

The Concierge role is ideal for individuals who are team players, organized, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in computer use and record keeping is critical to maintaining logs, forms, and task lists that support seamless operations. The ability to remain calm under emergency situations and respond appropriately is also a vital attribute. This position demands physical capabilities such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating stairs or ladders safely. Scheduled flexibility is required, including weekend shifts and occasionally working during holidays, to ensure constant coverage and resident support.

Joining the team at Partners Management Group as a Concierge means embracing a dynamic role that supports community wellbeing and contributes to delivering professional association management services. While prior front desk or customer service experience is highly preferred, candidates with a strong commitment to excellent service and reliability will find rewarding opportunities to grow within the company. The job environment is in-person, offering daily interaction with residents and colleagues, which makes interpersonal skills and a positive attitude essential for success.

This position offers valuable benefits like paid time off and requires willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing to uphold safety standards. The Concierge is an integral part of our operational team, embodying the principles of professionalism and dedication that define Partners Management Group's success in the property management industry.
