Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • willingness to work alternating weekends and holidays
  • approximately 30 hours per week availability
  • excellent telephone etiquette
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • senior living customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • proficiency with basic office software
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Carries out proper etiquette when answering the telephone and reception duties as required
  • takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
  • greets residents and visitors
  • answers inquiries and gives directions
  • collates brochures for the marketing department
  • prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
  • updates the Resident Phone List and Email List, as well as Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
  • manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hair dresser, transportation, etc.
  • maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
  • organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Heads
  • maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
  • other duties as assigned
