The Front Desk Concierge role at The Seasons East Greenwich is a part-time position, scheduled during evening hours from 4 pm to 8 pm, covering every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This job offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, meaningful work in a supportive environment. Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members
  • Manage front desk operations, including monitoring the entrance and handling deliveries (light lifting required)
  • Sort and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence to residents and staff
  • Deliver newspapers as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, mailings, and assisting with newsletters, activities, and special projects
  • Maintain an organized, secure front office environment, including end-of-day procedures and assisting team members as needed
