Aspenwood is currently seeking a part-time Concierge/Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Village on Morehead location. This role is integral to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, prospective residents, guests, and employees. Working mostly on weekends during evening hours, from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., the Concierge acts as the first point of contact and representation of the community. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
The Concierge/Front Desk Associate will be responsible for establishing first impressions by greeting visitors warmly and providing helpful information and assistance. This role demands professionalism, friendliness, and strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently. Having compassion and patience is essential, especially when interacting with seniors who may have varying needs or display behaviors associated with dementia or other aging processes. The successful candidate should enjoy working with seniors and be prepared to handle situations with sensitivity and respect.

Job Duties
- greet residents, families, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- provide accurate information and assistance promptly
- manage front desk activities including phone calls and visitor logging

- maintain security protocols by monitoring access to the community
- coordinate with other staff members to ensure resident satisfaction
- assist with administrative tasks as needed
