Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and overnight
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards including wearing company-approved business attire
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide information about the facility and services
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain the security of the premises by monitoring access points
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including managing reservations and scheduling appointments
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Assist with food and packages delivery
  • Communicate with management effectively
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns promptly and effectively
