Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and overnight
- Professional appearance and grooming standards including wearing company-approved business attire
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide information about the facility and services
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain the security of the premises by monitoring access points
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including managing reservations and scheduling appointments
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with food and packages delivery
- Communicate with management effectively
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns promptly and effectively
