The role of the Front Desk Concierge at Regency Oaks is a full-time position designed to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, staff, and vendors entering the community. The position operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Clearwater, FL. This role is vital for maintaining security, providing information, and ensuring smooth communication through managing incoming calls and various administrative duties. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred

  • Completion of background check through AHCA

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
  • Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely
  • Background screening through AHCA

Job Duties

  • Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage
  • Distribute packages, business mail and magazines
  • Maintain visitor sign-in logs
  • Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board where applicable
  • Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents
