Job Description
Vita Brevis Fine Art stands as Colorado Springs' premier fine art family portrait studio, renowned for its vibrant and creative team environment. Our studio thrives on creating unforgettable client experiences through the fusion of creativity, professionalism, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. As a small family business, every voice is cherished and respected, providing an inclusive and engaging workplace culture where accountability and growth are actively encouraged. We take pride in our dynamic team of creatives who collaborate passionately to produce exquisite portraiture that captures the essence of each family we work with. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond photography to the overall client experience, ensuring that every interaction within our studio space is meaningful and delightful.
The Front Desk Client Concierge role at Vita Brevis Fine Art is pivotal in maintaining this legacy of outstanding client service and a pristine studio environment. This position is open on an ongoing basis with a flexible, consistent work schedule of approximately 35-38 hours per week, primarily covering Sunday through Wednesday hours. The ideal candidate will be the friendly face that greets clients, establishing genuine connections and fostering a welcoming environment that embodies the spirit of our five-star standards. This role demands a detail-oriented and personable individual who excels in human interaction and thrives in maintaining an impeccably clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
As the first point of contact, the Client Concierge will play a central role in client engagement by creating sincere and warm conversations, thus enhancing the client’s overall experience. This also includes ensuring the studio environment is immaculate and aesthetically pleasing, reflecting the professionalism and high standards of Vita Brevis Fine Art. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 along with benefits such as 401K matching, Q-SHERA health benefits, and generous paid time off including paid holidays during Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. Comprehensive training is provided to support the candidate’s success and integration into our creative team.
This role suits candidates who are naturally outgoing with bubbly personalities and a positive, can-do attitude. They should have a passion for building relationships and a genuine love for people of all ages, including children and animals. Professional appearance and demeanor are essential, as is the ability to adhere strictly to company procedures, working reliably during scheduled hours. Joining Vita Brevis Fine Art means becoming part of a creative family dedicated to excellence, inclusivity, and making a difference through art and creativity. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in our workplace and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to contribute their unique talents to our team.
