Job Description

The Aspenwood Company is a reputable senior living community management organization recognized for its dedication to providing compassionate and quality care for seniors. At the Village on the Park in Plano, Aspenwood offers a range of services tailored specifically for seniors, blending hospitality with healthcare to meet their diverse needs.

Aspenwood is currently seeking a part-time Concierge, Front Desk, and Security Associate to join their team at the Village on the Park location. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour and requires availability from Monday to Thursday, with shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., as well as weekend hours that may include 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The role demands working on weekends and holidays, reflecting the community's commitment to providing continuous support and security for its residents.

This concierge role is pivotal within the community as the first point of contact for residents, family members, prospective residents, guests, and employees. The associate is responsible for establishing a warm, professional, and friendly atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging and security. The position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented and able to respond swiftly to inquiries and requests. As the face of the community, the concierge must maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanor while managing the essential front desk operations.

Job Duties

  • establish a welcoming and professional first impression for residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees

  • assist residents with directions and information about community services
