Job Duties

  • Verify client profiles, consents, and required documentation
  • Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and optimize provider calendars
  • Process payments, memberships, packages, and retail sales
  • Maintain lobby cleanliness and presentation
  • Communicate pre- and post-care instructions as directed by providers
  • Support retail inventory (stocking, merchandising, counts)
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
  • Protect patient privacy and ensure compliance with HIPAA and practice policies
