Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to perform reaching, stooping and/or crouching motions repeatedly
Must be able to communicate verbally
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Preferred six months experience in basic computer knowledge
Must be able to tolerate secondary smoke
Ability to complete several tasks at once with accuracy

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred one year experience in front desk or guest service field
Basic computer knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Ability to handle heavy telephone volume
Team player

Job Duties

Process check-in and check-out transactions for guests
Assist guests with questions about the city and property
Assist guests with booking dinner, shows, and other reservations
Assist with guest service recovery when possible
Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude
Stay informed on current hotel events to assist guests
Act as a liaison to expedite guest requests
