Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly taking messages and directing calls to relevant healthcare professionals
- Communicate with care team members regarding patient updates schedule changes and important information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Accurately type and input patient information
- Call patients or caregivers for confirmation of home visits
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
