Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls promptly taking messages and directing calls to relevant healthcare professionals
  • Communicate with care team members regarding patient updates schedule changes and important information
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Accurately type and input patient information
  • Call patients or caregivers for confirmation of home visits
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
