Job Requirements
- Proficient English language and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Courteous and professional attitude and presentation when handling upset guests and difficult situations
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice to meet business demands
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands
- Six months customer service experience
Job Qualifications

- At least 6 months customer service experience
- Experience as front desk or guest services agent
- Knowledge of cash and credit card transactions
- Experience in resort hospitality or related industry
Job Duties
- Ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests
- Input information into the computerized reservations system to update and maintain records
- Access reservation system to resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes as needed
- Generate invoices and collect monies due through the rental program and merchandise sales
- Maintain safety deposit boxes
- Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact accurate departmental personnel
- Prepare and restock the front desk with supplies including arrival packets
- Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities
- Type correspondence and reports for management as needed
