- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service best practices
- Proficiency in using hotel management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and ensure satisfaction
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures
- Handle guest mail and messages respecting privacy and professionalism
- Communicate guest comments and concerns to various departments and management
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing assistance
- Maintain knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
