This particular opportunity is for a Full Time Front Desk Clerk position at The Fountains Resort, a property managed by Hilton Grand Vacations. The Front Desk Clerk plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and owners from the moment they arrive until their departure. The responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling payments, addressing housekeeping and maintenance requests, and maintaining the front desk area with necessary supplies and informational packets. The role also involves answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate departments, supporting daily operational needs, and assisting with other tasks as assigned by leadership.

  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information
  • Answering phones and directing calls
