At the Orlando Sunshine Resort, one of Hilton Grand Vacations’ acclaimed properties, we are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Clerk to join our top-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding guest service and wants to contribute to memorable vacation experiences. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for guests and owners, ensuring their arrival and stay are smooth, welcoming, and pleasant. The responsibilities of this position include greeting guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and handling payments and folios accurately. You will serve as a liaison between guests and resort departments by receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests and ensuring the right personnel are promptly informed. The role also involves maintaining the front desk with necessary supplies and preparing arrival packets and local area information, facilitating an enjoyable and informed stay for guests. Additionally, you will manage telephone calls and direct inquiries as necessary, supporting overall front desk operations under the guidance of your leader.
This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and proficiency in the English language. Candidates should have a minimum of six months of customer service experience, demonstrating their capability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is essential to meet the operational needs of the resort.

- Answering phones and directing calls
- Other duties as assigned by your leader
