Job Description

The Hilton Milwaukee is a premier hotel located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. As part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of The Marcus Corporation, it benefits from a rich legacy of over 60 years of operational and service excellence. Marcus Hotels & Resorts is widely recognized for creating extraordinary experiences for both guests and associates, earning a reputation as "People Pleasing People." The Hilton Milwaukee itself is a historic gem that has recently undergone a significant $40 million renovation, elevating its guest rooms, event spaces, and grand lobby to a new era of modern elegance. Originally built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton Milwaukee combines timeless style with innovative hospitality, ensuring it remains Milwaukee’s premier meeting and convention destination.

The hotel boasts 554 beautifully appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. It is also connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, further solidifying its status as the city’s largest and most versatile hotel. This dynamic environment offers employees a chance to work in a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere where innovation and exceptional service are top priorities.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in maintaining the exceptional guest experience that Hilton Milwaukee is known for. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting and welcoming them warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and courteously. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return in the future.

This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands tact, patience, and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing guest information accurately using a computer system, handling cash transactions with precision, and addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and diplomatically. The Hilton Milwaukee offers a supportive team environment where your contributions are valued and opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company are encouraged. Joining Hilton Milwaukee now means being part of an exciting phase of renewal and transformation in a hotel with deep roots and a bright future.
