  • or promotional candidacy requiring one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service as hospital patient services clerk 1 or nursing station clerk 1
  • or open competitive (non-competitive, ny helps) with two years of full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting
