The Hotel Front Desk Agent will serve as the guests' first point of contact, responsible for managing all aspects of their accommodation during their stay. This role requires a professional who excels in customer service and has experience in the hotel industry or related fields. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for performing check-in and check-out procedures, managing both online and phone reservations, and providing detailed information about the hotel, including room availability, rates, and amenities. This position also involves verifying payment methods, registering guests by collecting necessary information, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and housekeeping staff to maintain room standards. The agent must be able to handle client complaints promptly and professionally to uphold guest satisfaction.

The role offers flexibility with 2-4 day or evening shifts per week, including weekends and holidays, which are required. Employment options include full-time and part-time positions, with starting pay ranging from $8.00 to $8.50 per hour depending on experience. While prior hotel experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, especially for candidates who demonstrate reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and a strong willingness to grow within our team.
