ELS is currently hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk based in Weslaco, Texas. This role is integral to the company’s ongoing effort to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest and resident experiences. As a Front Desk Clerk at ELS, you will be the face of the community, serving as the primary liaison between guests, residents, and property management. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers with enthusiasm both in person and over the phone, providing information about the community, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Handling payment transactions for reservations is also a key part of the role, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with the Property Manager to resolve any issues or complaints, escalating matters when necessary for management resolution. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in customer service is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new computer systems and procedures. Job Duties

  • Greet customers enthusiastically in person and on the phone
  • act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions regarding the community in person
  • receive payments for reservations
  • partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • escalate complaints to management for instruction
  • ensure customer satisfaction
