We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for guests, serving as the face of our hotel and setting the tone for their entire stay. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate and handled with confidentiality. Strong communication skills are essential to assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes processing payments, maintaining accurate transactional records, performing night audit duties, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
