Job Duties
- Greet and complete established check-in procedures for arriving guests
- Facilitate guest departure by following check-out procedures
- Calculate and post monies, receipts, and guest accounts using proper cash handling methods
- Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and by telephone
- Maintain good guest relations by staying informed about events
- Control cash transactions and maintain cash bank responsibility
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor at all times
