Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have great customer service and communication skills
- Must be extremely reliable with consistent transportation
- Must be punctual, on time, friendly, and have a positive attitude
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Ability to understand and follow set procedures
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team, and perform detail-oriented functions

- CPR/First Aid certified
- High school student, graduate, or equivalent

Job Duties
- Opening/closing the facility
- Aid with fitness program registrations
- Monitoring the fitness center and all participants
- Knowledge of how to correctly use and adjust machines
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Enforce rules and policies of the fitness center
- Restocking and managing athletic wipes and hand sanitizer stations
- Knowledge of services offered
- Clean and maintain the fitness center
