Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or resident relations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to maintain professional appearance following dress code policy
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and tactfully
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light physical tasks
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required

Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain an active presence at the front desk while adhering to dress code and identification policies
- Monitor package room, sort and label packages
- Log all relevant information and events during shifts
- Monitor security cameras and file appropriate reports for rule violations
- Communicate important issues to supervisors and community managers
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards
- Assist with special projects assigned by the Desk Attendant Supervisor
- Participate in meetings and work groups to communicate issues and resolve problems
- Ensure punctual attendance and adherence to company policies and operating procedures
