- proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer operations

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and seat guests promptly and efficiently, managing waitlists as needed
- answer incoming calls with professionalism, assisting with reservations and general inquiries
- maintain a tidy and organized host stand and waiting area
- communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff regarding table availability and special requests
- assist guests with any needs or concerns, ensuring a positive first impression
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately for to-go orders or merchandise, if applicable
- adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
- proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance to enhance their overall experience
- collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
