Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, wiping, scrubbing
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, run, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent decision-making and self-awareness
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Natural love for working with and caring for dogs
- Confidence around all dog breeds and sizes
- Exposure to unpleasant odors, animal waste, bites, scratches, and contagious diseases
- Ability to manage high-stress situations
- Personal accountability regarding attendance, dress code, and policies
- Positive attitude and engagement in daily work
- Openness to coaching and learning new skills
- Ability to work year-round in outdoor and varied weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Job Duties
- Welcoming and assisting clients at the front desk
- Upselling additional services and benefits to clients
- Processing payments accurately and managing clerical work
- Safely escorting dogs throughout the facility
- Leading and supervising safe group play sessions
- Making sound decisions during dog pack management
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment
