Job Requirements

  • Must have flexibility to work all shifts including 6:30am-3pm and 2:30pm-11pm
  • Be courteous and respectful to guests, clients, and coworkers
  • Be punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs
  • Ability to handle cash and follow standard cash handling procedures
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to hotel safety and emergency protocols
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
  • Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor to provide exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
  • Promptly address guest concerns and issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Post guest charges and collect payments following cash handling procedures
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect for privacy and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with hotel departments and management regarding guest feedback
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, visitors, and team requests for front desk assistance
  • Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
