Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- 6-12 months of experience in customer service preferred
- willingness to become CPR/AED certified
- ability to stand and move continually during shift
- ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- ability to perform frequent cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- ability to move in various positions including bending and twisting to accomplish tasks
Job Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to become CPR/AED certified with training provided
- basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist with questions or concerns during member check-ins
- promote the Judgement Free Zone by supporting members on the club floor
- resolve member concerns and escalate as needed
- answer phones and assist callers
- manage membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and transfers
- perform prospective member calls and conduct tours
- execute retail transactions accurately and work towards sales goals
- conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment, spa amenities, restrooms, and communal spaces
- perform safety and cleanliness inspections throughout the club
- address maintenance and facility issues promptly
