Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant customer service or hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with POS and CRM software
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Availability for evenings and weekend shifts
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year customer service, hospitality, front desk, or retail experience
  • Friendly, professional, and upbeat personality
  • Confident communicator in person, phone, text, and email with clear, polished writing
  • Tech-comfortable with POS systems, Google Workspace, and basic CRM workflows
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable
  • CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, music-filled environment

Job Duties

  • Greet every member by name and check in guests
  • Lead studio tours and assist with new-member sign-ups
  • Answer phones, texts, emails
  • book intro sessions
  • confirm appointments
  • track leads in CRM
  • Process payments, memberships, add-ons, and retail at POS with accuracy
  • Support class starts with music, mic checks, and lighting
  • maintain lobby cleanliness and reset between classes
  • Assist with in-studio events, referral drives, and social media moments
  • Open and close the studio per checklist
  • uphold safety, brand standards, and studio policies
  • Monitor KPIs such as show rates, conversions, and retention flags
  • escalate member concerns proactively
