Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or front desk operations
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency in phone systems and basic computer applications
  • understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
  • ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or customer service roles

Job Duties
