Job Requirements
- Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to become CPR/AED certified with training provided
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to stand and move continuously throughout the shift
- ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- able to lift up to 75 pounds
- able to handle toxic chemicals safely
- capable of frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
- able to bend, twist, and move to accomplish tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist members with questions or concerns during check-in
- promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor
- provide assistance and support in their fitness journeys
- uphold club policies and standards
- resolve member concerns and escalate to management when necessary
- answer phones promptly and assist callers with inquiries
- perform membership functions including sign-ups, contact and billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships
- conduct prospective member calls and club tours assessing their needs
- execute retail transactions accurately and support sales goals
- clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities regularly
- maintain cleanliness and stocking of restrooms according to schedule
- perform comprehensive club area inspections to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues
- promptly report maintenance and facility concerns such as broken equipment or fixtures
