Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles

  • Willingness to obtain mandatory reporter certification
  • Ability to perform basic administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

  • One year or more of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Experience in hospitality or community-focused environments preferred
  • Water sports experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with membership or booking platforms preferred
  • CPR certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Check in visitors and manage guest access
  • Answer questions about memberships, events, and amenities
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive community environment
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Handle mail and package distribution
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
  • Monitor space usage and ensure adherence to community guidelines
  • Assist with member onboarding and account updates
  • Process basic transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Build relationships with members and contribute to a positive culture
  • Promote upcoming events and programming
  • Gather feedback and communicate member needs to the team
